What is Digital Adoption?

Digital adoption refers to the state where employees use work-related technology to its full potential. Organizations spend a lot of money acquiring the right digital tools for the job. However, just because the tool is available doesn’t mean that every employee is using it effectively. Let's say a new coworker does not know how to use the project board, and in particular how to filter the board to find the next highest priority task to work on. We built a walkthrough showing how to filter a project board by highest priority using these steps:

Navigate to Asana
Open the FlowMo chrome extension and select start recording
Show click path to sort project board by filters
Click create, edit and share!
